Basic Maintenance

Basic Maintenance

The emphasis on practice-based learning is part of our philosophy. Students develop their knowledge through a series of exercises and simulations where they can practice and apply each of the course topics. Our goal is that 80% of the course time be spent on practical activities and only 20% in the classroom.

Our courses have a strong emphasis on robot and teach pendant activities. All this time of practical activities allows students to practice and simulate with greater complexity the conditions of their work environment.

Maintenance training is designed for those who are responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance of POWERMIG / PANASONIC robots, ensuring maximum equipment performance.

The training reinforces the importance of preventive maintenance while providing the skills necessary to be able to locate and resolve problems quickly, minimizing downtime as much as possible. Students develop in-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical components through hands-on training in our laboratory.

The goals of this training are to minimize equipment problems and maximize productivity levels.
