Basic Operation

The emphasis on practice-based learning is part of our philosophy. Students develop their knowledge through a series of exercises and simulations where they can practice and apply each of the course topics. Our goal is that 80% of the course time be spent on practical activities and only 20% in the classroom.

Our courses have a strong emphasis on robot and teach pendant activities. All this time of practical activities allows students to practice and simulate with greater complexity the conditions of their work environment.

Basic Robot Operations training is designed for those who are just starting to work with robots and need to learn, in general, about the operation and programming of a robotic system, including the controller, manipulator (robot arm) and teach pendant (Remote Control). This training will teach the knowledge necessary for the safe operation of robotic systems, including solving common day-to-day problems, always seeking to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity.

The balance of time between theory and practice guarantees the student the skills to fully understand the robot operation process and be able to apply the knowledge in practice. Welding processes and welding parameterization will be covered during the training. A key point of training is the operation of the equipment in a safe way for the operator and the machines and this point is repeatedly reinforced during training.
