CHARACTERISTICS:

The system aims to correct the position of the torch, keeping the welding arc in the center of the weld joint, despite possible dimensional variations and distortions caused by heating the material.

• Unique feature ideal for welding thick plates with waving mode.
• The control is performed by monitoring the welding current, which will fluctuate in case of any variation in the stick out height.
• When the current monitoring indicates that the weld current is outside the imposed parameters, the robot will automatically start the trajectory correction, seeking to stabilize the arc in the center of the joint.
• Correction is performed in real time, continuously, during the welding process.
