SPIRAL WEAVING

SPIRAL WEAVING

CHARACTERISTICS:

Its first feature is the selection of two welding currents, forming a square wave with two levels, that is, during welding, the power source will alternate the welding current in two ranges, for example: 150A, and 200A.

• This feature is widely used in the welding process of sheets with different thicknesses, where a high current will pierce the thinner sheet and a low current will not penetrate the thicker sheet.
• Welding wire speed oscillates in sync with the spiral movements of the torch, ensuring excellent arc stability and also optimal quality weld beads.
• Exclusive Panasonic software that allows you to switch parameters during the welding process.
