Anti Spatter – Spatter Off

The anti-sspatter product SPATTER OFF is a high-tech lubricant formulated with a mixture of agents that will protect the parts and the torch so that the spatter generated during the welding process does not permanently adhere to the parts. The liquid forms an efficient, temperature-resistant protective film and eliminates the need to sand or grind parts after the welding process.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Non-flammable product that does not contain silicone in order not to interfere with paint treatments.
• Easy removal of weld spatter;
• Applicable to Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, aluminum and other metal alloys;
• The product does not contain silicone and petroleum derivatives – it also does not interfere with washing and painting processes (performed later)
• It protects the base material, welding torch and devices;
• It contains rust-inhibiting additives – Protecting the material to be welded and its surroundings from rust;
• Low odor level – Providing a more comfortable working environment for users;
• Temperature range: -20°C to 150°C+.
