ECO-GÁS 4.0 is an integrated gas control system, which allows its synergistic and automatic regulation, according to the welding current, during the entire welding process. It indicates the instantaneous or cumulative consumption of gas, which can be reset daily, thus giving precise control over the use of each process.
Reducing costs and increasing profitability while maintaining competitiveness are two of the main aspirations of industries today.
In order to provide maximum savings, Eco-Gas checks 4 process parameters and regulates the linear actuation solenoid valve to deliver the correct flow and generate savings. Based on the verified parameters, the valve accurately and correctly delivers the amount of gas for the welding process.
Among the main functions of Eco-Gas 4.0 are the protection of the fusion pool, not allowing the access of impure gases from the environment, and ionization of the welding process, guaranteeing the quality of the electric arc and welding.
